Nine10Arts
The goal of Nine10Arts is to provide a live/ work community for emerging artists to develop their work. This creative and affordable environment near Downtown Denver brings art into the every day lives of the community.

Design/Development Studio
Cheryl Spector was challenged to create a pleasant work environment in the basement of a residence. The environment needed to be both energy efficient and reflect the sustainable mission of the firm.

Austin Building
In her role as Design/Development Director at Northeast Denver Housing, Cheryl Spector and her team were hired to renovate the Austin Building on York and Colfax in Denver Colorado. The goal of the project was to provide quality, affordable housing, while addressing the issues of historic integrity, sustainability and neighborhood revitalization.
