commuting time and expense by locating
studio within residence.

- Used recycled/renewable
building materials in original manner.
Green
Building:
- Managed
construction waste to reduce waste
and divert it for recycling.
- Purchased
office furniture from socially responsible
companies and used furniture outlets.
- Incorporated
recycled content buidling materials.
- Optimized
energy efficiency and decreased
water consumption through use of
energy efficient fixtures and appliances,
replacement of plumbing lines and
use of alternative electricity source.
Community
Oriented:
- Renewed
daytime community of neighborhood.
- Provided
all visitors, client and associates
ongoing education and awareness
of sustianable design by highlighting
sustainable features of the studio.
- Painted
studio with bright cheerful colors,
creating an un-basement like and
welcoming feel.
